TO 1. General rules
A1.1 Parts
The parties involved will be the company and the customer.
A1.2 Legal age
The customer declares that he / she is of legal age to place bets according to the laws in force in his / her country.
A1.3 Identity Verification
Identity verification of the player can be done at any time, either by sending documents through email or by telephone contact. If you suspect that the account owner is not the real player, we reserve the right to delete the account, hold payments and return deposited amounts, depending on the case and the analysis made.
A1.4 Permission to bet
Bets made by the company as well as its employees, bets on events in which the customer is participating, will not be allowed as well as bets on championships or cups made by employees of clubs or related companies. In this case, the company reserves the right to refuse to pay the bets.
A1.5 Event Handling
If there is suspicion of manipulation of events, the company will suspend the offer of bets and delay or suspend payments until the suspicion is denied or confirmed by the respective federation.
A1.6 Unknown result
The customer declares that he does not know the outcome of a bet before making a bet.
A1.7 Ambiguous bets
The company reserves the right to refuse any bet and cancel any ambiguous bets.
A1.8 Organization of bets
All clients should submit their queries individually. Repeated queries sent by one or more customers will not be answered. Even with the result of the bets already known, the company can cancel them when they suspect that they were made by a group.
A1.9 Data
The company does not take the risk on the data available and transmitted. The company may rectify all errors in relation to bets, quotas and results. Even current bets may be canceled. The company will not be responsible for any incomplete data, as well as live event data.
A2 Betting Rules
A2.1 Confirmation
An accepted bet is one that has been confirmed by the company. Bets confirmed will appear in your betting history. All confirmed bets are valid and will be updated according to the result and rules of the respective sport and tournament.
A2.2 Bets accepted
Once betting is made and confirmed, it can not be canceled (unless under particular conditions determined by the company). The customer is responsible for verifying that all bet details are correct.
A2.3 All bets are valid
All confirmed bets are valid. Unless the event or tournament is canceled, the event transferred, change in event date or tournament for more than 48 hours from the original, if there is a selection of bets that do not participate in the event and the Head to Head betting market ( H2H) if one or more participants do not participate in the event.
A2.4 Decline bets
The company can refuse any bet without having to show the reason.
A2.5 Errors
The company is not responsible for typos and data transmission errors. Errors detected may be corrected as they do not affect bets. If there is an error affecting bets placed on an event, they will be canceled.
A2.6 Betting Limit
The maximum value limit per bet is $ 1000. For the Specials of the Day, the maximum bet is $ 100. The company reserves the right to change the limits, individual or general, at any time.
A2.7 Time to bet
The time limit for bets will be determined by the company.
A2.8 Result in advance
If during the period of acceptance of the bet the result of this is known, the company may cancel the bet.
A2.9 Bets at the last minute
If a bet is made after the start of the event it will be canceled and the value returned. If a live bet is made after the result is known, it will also be returned. All bets made shortly (eg, 30 seconds before goals or in pattern before the relevant event) before changes in result that influence the outcome of the bet may be canceled.
A2.10 Incorrect data
Bets improperly updated due to technical failure may be canceled and the value of them returned to the player, or have modification in the quotas according to the correct data after verification.

B1 Specific Rules of Sports
The customer should consult the specific rules to bet on each sport.
B2 Corrections
The company only recognizes the results that were achieved during the event. In the results that eventually suffered out-of-field corrections, such as disciplinary action, the company may correct the results if this correction is defined before 24 hours after the end of the event. If an event has started but not ended but with an official result within 24 hours, bets will be updated as normal. If an official result is not declared within 24 hours, bets will be void.
B3 Rules of Postponement
If an event is postponed, canceled or does not start at the specified time, all bets will be valid if the event starts within 48 hours. If the time for the resumption of the event is greater than 48 hours, bets will be canceled. If the start date of an event is not known at the time the bet is offered, this event will be marked with an approximate date. For all of these events and markets with the correct start date will be entered as soon as it is known. Bets on an event like this are valid even though the estimated start date is not official.
B4 Playing time
All bets will be updated according to the regulatory time of each sport or event. Any extension or decision on penalty kicks will not affect the final result. Only in exceptions that will be determined in the betting markets. The company can not guarantee that all events will be played within the official regulatory time, any information about a longer game time will be informed when it is available.
B5 Disqualification
In all bets on the final result of an event or tournament in which a player or team is disqualified within 24 hours after the tournament, the player will be considered a loser.
B6 Multiple bets
Multiple bets are bets with more than one selection. The total quotas are the multiplication of all the quotas of the selections that integrate the bet.
B6.1 Multiple bet limit
It will not be possible to make two or more multiple bets with the same choices that exceed the maximum bet limit per user. In case this occurs, only the first bet will be taken into account, the other bets will be canceled and all winnings will be debited from the account.
B6.2 Multiple bet with event not started or canceled
If in a multiple bet, one of the events is canceled, the bet will still be valid with the remaining events. Or if one of the events is postponed, it will have the deadline of 48 hours to be resumed. If the retake period is longer, the selection will be canceled and the bet will remain valid with the remaining events.
B6.3 Related bets
The customer will not be able to place multiple bets with related results in the same event. For example, a bet with selections for the victory of "team A" and "team B", even without meaning the same result, to bets are related. If a bet like the example is confirmed by error, the company can cancel the bet. Multiple bets with multiple odds selections from the same event (combining results or not) are invalid and will be canceled.
B7 Types of bets
All markets are valid for regulatory time unless specifically specified.
B7.1 Odd or Even Market
Whether the sum of goals or points of the event is Even or Odd. If the result is 0 it will be considered as Par.
B7.2 Handicap
The event must be terminated so that the bets are valid.
B7.3 Bets Over / Under (Over / Under or Over)
If the event does not end in regular time, all bets will be void, unless all betting options have already been reached, in which case all bets are valid.
B7.4 Finalists, Champion or Will Qualify
The Champion market counts only for the winner of the tournament and the finalists are the teams or players that arrive to the final of the tournament, including decisions made by the official organizers of the event. In the market is going to be ranked, the selection will advance to the next phase of the competition officially, regardless of the outcome of the games.
B7.5 Downhill Teams
This betting market refers to teams that can be downgraded at the end of the season. All changes that may occur after the end of the championship, by the official body, will be irrelevant to this bet.
B7.6 Any Other
In case bets contain the option "Any Other", it means that any other result not listed will be valid for the bet, regardless of whether there is a quote for this option or not.
C Cashout
We may offer the option “Cashout” for placed bets where you will have the option to accept settlements of bets you have placed before the result of the bet is determined. The Cashout amount is calculated based on the current odds and it could change significantly depending on when you chose to do a Cashout. If Cashout is available for a placed bet, the corresponding button will be displayed in the Open Bets section of the Betslip.
C.1 Cashout Terms and Conditions are inseparably linked to our General Terms and Conditions and accepting these rules is a prerequisite to account registration.
C.2 Cashout is available for Pre-match and Live markets, for Single and Multiple bets, excluding any sort of systematic betting.
C.3 Cashed-out bets will be considered and shown as settled regardless of the final outcome of the market.
C.4 Not all markets are available for Cashout.
C.5 Cashout option will not be available if the market is suspended.
C.6 In no way it will be possible to revert a successful Cashout.
C.7 We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the Cashout option without further notice.
C.8 The Cashout option is not guaranteed for any event or any market at any time, even if it has been offered for the same event or market in the past. Bets placed will stand regardless of whether the Cashout option was available.
C.9 We recommend not placing bets based on the assumption that Cashout will be available at a later point in time for the respective bet. We will not be held responsible if the Cashout option is not available for technical reasons.
C.10 If a Cashout is accepted by us when the result of the respective event has already been determined, we reserve the right to void the bet or the Cashout.
C.11 We reserve the right to void and reclaim any Cashout if there is indication of abuse of the feature.
C.12 The Cashout option is not available for bets placed with Freebets.
C.13 Cashout selections will not count towards rollover for any promotion unless specifically indicated on the promotion rules.
C.14 Where a blatant error is made in offers made, prices offered or bets accepted, bets may be settled at the correct price at the time at which the bet was placed.
C.15 At the moment, only Pre-match and Live Football, and Live Basketball will have the Cashout option available.
D Withdrawals
For withdrawals in the sports area, all deposits are subject to rollover of at least once the amount deposited, in odds of 1.5 or more.
